We don’t allow illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, spray paint, laser pointers, weapons of any kind, or the use of vape pens and smokeless cigarettes.
Yes, our box office is open night of events once doors open. We do not sell advanced tickets for shows.
This is just for ticket auditing purposes. General Admission is standing room only.
Sherbourne Station is less than a 10 minute walk from the venue.
There is a Green P parking lot across the street from the venue, which does fill up quick. There is also parking along Carlton Street.
If the event is listed as 19+, then you must be of age to attend.
Security reasons preclude The Phoenix Concert Theatre from allowing in/out privileges to individuals who choose to leave the building. Exceptions can be made in special circumstances by a security supervisor at the event.
No, we do not allow any outside food or drinks. No containers, empty or otherwise
Yes, you can check coats, bags, merch etc. Cost is $3 per item.
No, we are not currently selling food. Check back closer to fall 2023 and we will likely have an update on this.
Photo/video policy is determined by the artist. Typically, non-professional cameras (point and shoot) are permitted.
Yes, there are 2 machines inside the venue.
